Terms of service

These terms govern the use of MapsGrid, a geogrid rank tracking service published by Gabin Furon EI.

Service. MapsGrid measures the position of a business in Google Maps results from points on a grid. Results depend on Google and can vary between runs; they are provided as measurements, without guarantee of accuracy or of any business outcome.

Account. You sign in by email link. You are responsible for the use of your account.

Free service. MapsGrid is offered free of charge, with a quota of grid points that renews each month. We may change or stop the service with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use. You may not resell raw data in bulk, overload the service or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability. We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee it. Scans can be delayed when Google limits requests.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount paid in the last three months.
