Find the local businesses that need a website

For agencies, freelancers and service providers: a ranked list of the businesses of one trade around a point, built from OpenStreetMap open data, with each website checked today.

How the list is built

We read the businesses of the trade you choose, within the radius of your scan, from OpenStreetMap. For each one that lists a website we load it now. For those without, we test the obvious domain names and keep one only if the page cites the business or its phone number.

What you get

Name, category, phone, email when listed, the state of the website (none found, offline or for sale, social network or directory only, or online with defects such as no HTTPS, unreadable on mobile, no description, slow), a sales potential from 0 to 10 and the reasons. One CSV for your CRM.

Limits to know

OpenStreetMap data can be about a year old: phone numbers and websites may be out of date and addresses are often missing, so check before calling. Respect the prospecting rules: legitimate interest, right to object, do-not-call lists.

Questions

Does it use Google Maps data?

No. The prospect list comes from OpenStreetMap and public websites. Only the competitor list is read from public Google Maps results.

Who can use it?

Accounts set as agency, freelancer or service provider in the settings. Local businesses do not need it and do not see it.
